Bantam Prep Skates
The 2021 Bantam Prep Program is geared towards preparing Bantam (14U) age players to make the next step in building their hockey skills for the 21/22 Hockey Season. The training provided will be consistent with the training and expectations that players will experience with competitive hockey at the 14U level.
This program will be lead by Coach Adam Shaner.
Training
Each session will have 45 minutes of skills and tactical development consisting of:
- Skating Development - Body and Edge Control - Explosiveness and Speed Training
- Puck Skills Training - Puck Protection - Deception - Shooting
The next 45 minutes will consist Game Situation Development and Scrimmages
