Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

2021 Spring 4v4 League

Cancellations must be received prior to program start date via email to Tyson Davis at tyson.davis@hhha.org or Chance Creger at registrar@hhha.org Cancellations will be refunded less a $25 administration fee.

8U Skills Academy

Cancellations must be received prior to camp start date via email to Chance Creger at Registrar@hhha.org Cancellations will be refunded less a $25 administration fee.

8U Spring Graduation Program

Cancellations prior to the start of the program will be charged a $25 fee. No refunds after the beginning of the program.

Camp of No Forgiveness

No refunds after the start of the camp. Cancellations prior to the start of the camp will be charged a $25 credit card fee.

Goalie Camp

Cancellations must be received prior to camp start date via email to Tyson Davis at tyson.davis@hhha.org or Chance Creger at regsitrar@hhha.org Cancellations will be refunded less a $25 administration fee.

Jag Jam - Presidents Day

Registration deadline is February 1, 2022 If your team is not accepted into the jamboree a refund check will be issued to your team. Full refunds will be issued for COVID-19 related situations (contact Tournament Director directly) The entry fee is non-refundable once your team has been accepted into the jamboree, with no refunds for refusal to play scheduled games.
