Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Rocky Mountain Silver Stick

No refunds will be given once a team has been notified of acceptance and paid the registration fee.

Western Girls Silver Stick

No refunds will be given once a team has been notified of acceptance and paid the registration fee.

Jr Jags Learn To Play

There is a $10 Fee for any cancellations prior to the start of the camp.

Pumpkin Puck Classic

A refund of 50% will be given if a team cancels 30 days or more from the start of the tournament. No refund will be given if a team cancels 30 days or closer to the start of the tournament.

Jag Jam - Presidents' Day

All USA hockey rosters and payments are due by January 31, 2025. If your team is not accepted into the jamboree a refund check will be issued to your team. The entry fee is non-refundable once your team has been accepted into the jamboree, with no refunds for refusal to play scheduled games.

8 and Under Hockey

We understand that unexpected events can sometimes prevent your child from completing their season. HHHA has a Zero Refund Policy. To help protect your investment in your child's hockey experience, we are offering Registration Insurance provided by Vertical Insure. This insurance covers your fees if your athlete can’t participate due to injury, illness, job loss, relocation, military duty, or the death of an athlete or parent. Please note you have a 30-day grace period to resolve any failed payments. If the payment remains outstanding after 30 days, a $50.00 late fee will be automatically charged, and the player will be excluded from all upcoming team events (practices and games) until the account is current.
