Volunteering

Parents are required to work their team’s penalty box for all home and away games. Parents will also need to serve as scorekeepers (Gamesheet) and clock operators for all home games. Please note that for 8U only a clock volunteer is required.

Families are also expected to volunteer for clock and GameSheet duties during HHHA-hosted tournaments. This includes coverage for both their own team’s games and other tournament matchups.

• Rocky Mountain Silver Stick AA Regional: October 2-5, 2025 (12UAA, 14UAA, 16UAA, JV, Varsity)
• Western Girls Silver Stick: October 16-19, 2025 (Girls teams)
• Pumpkin Puck Classic: October 30-November 2, 2025 (Rec teams)
• Rocky Mountain Silver Stick A/B Regional: November 25-30 2025 (10UAA/A/B, 12UA/B, 14UA/B)
• 8U Jaguar Jamboree: February 13-16, 2026 (8U teams)

Consequently, at least one member of every family should know how to run the clock or keep score using GameSheet.

Instructions are linked below. In the event you are unable to fill your spot, a list of members willing to be paid to cover your home game or tournament slots for scoring and clock is also available below.

8U Teams

Every 8U team is required to have a Team Manager. The 8U Program has a Treasurer who coordinates for all of the 8U teams.

All Recreational, Competitive and Girls Teams

Every team is required to have a Team Manager and Treasurer. Having a separate Team Manager and Team Treasurer provides checks and balances for the team. 

• Coaches/Assistant Coaches cannot fill either of these roles.
• One individual cannot fulfill both roles on the same team.
• Spouses cannot fulfill both roles on the same team.
• Spouses of head coaches need Board approval to fulfill either the Team Manager or Team Treasurer role. 
• The Board Treasurer, or his/her spouse, cannot be a Team Treasurer.

In addition to the Team Manager and Treasurer, every team must also have at least 2 Locker Room Monitors.
