Recreational Hockey
Hyland Hills Recreational Hockey offers a fun, inclusive environment for players of all ages and skill levels to enjoy hockey without the pressure of high-level competition. We promote physical activity, camaraderie, and a love for the game in a safe and supportive atmosphere.
This program is designed to provide a recreational level of play for ages Squirt (10U) through Midget (18U). Teams in this program will play in the Colorado Recreational Hockey League (CRHL) which offers an alternative to the intense environment of competitive hockey. Families participating in the Recreational program can expect to travel within the state of Colorado but receive fewer on ice touches than teams in the competitive program.
How long is a season?
The recreational program begins in September with team placement. The season ends the last weekend in February.
