Team Photo Days

Please review the photo schedule to find your team’s assigned time slot. To keep things running smoothly, please follow these guidelines:

Arrival & Timing

• Be ready early: Players must be dressed and lined up outside Green Rink 10 minutes before their scheduled time slot.
• Attendance matters: Even if you aren't purchasing photos, please attend so your player is included in the team picture.
• Sibling pictures: Sibling photos are allowed! Have siblings lined up with the player at their scheduled time slot.

Locker Rooms

• All four Green Rink locker rooms and the female-only locker room will be open.
• If your team has practice on photo day, please use your assigned practice locker room instead of the Green Rink locker rooms.
• Space will be tight—please change and exit as quickly as possible before and after pictures.
• The locker rooms will be monitored by HHHA Staff in accordance with USA Hockey rules.

Uniform & Gear

• Uniform: Players must wear dark game jerseys, dark game socks, and dark pant shells.
• Helmets: Players will not wear helmets on the ice, this means everyone needs to act appropriately so that we do not have any injuries or damage any of the photographer’s equipment.
• Sticks: Players need their stick for individual photos. For the team photo, sticks will be collected in a container and retrieved immediately afterward.

Ordering

• YSPN will email you when photos are ready to order, approximately 2 weeks after photos are taken.
• All photo orders are handled online at yspn.gotphoto.com/login
