Please read through the 2024-25 Registration Agreement before completing the registration process. During the registration process, you will be asked to sign and date this agreement as well as our waiver of liability.
USSCI Sports Fee Insurance
We understand that unexpected events can sometimes prevent your child from completing their season. HHHA has a Zero Refund Policy. To help protect your investment in your child's hockey experience, we are offering Sports Fee Insurance provided by US Sports Club Insurance (USSCI).
This insurance covers unexpected events like injuries, illnesses, job loss, or relocation, ensuring your financial commitment is protected. With two plans available - MVP Plan at 5% and Elite Plan at 7% of club dues - you can choose the coverage that best suits your needs.
