Board Meetings & Bylaws

All members are welcome to attend our monthly board meetings. Meetings are held in the Green Rink party rooms on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 6:30PM.

Members who wish to speak during the upcoming board meeting are asked to complete the Request to Present Form prior to the meeting.

Our team will review your submission and follow up to coordinate your agenda slot. Forms submitted less than 48 hours prior to a meeting may be pushed to the following month’s meeting.
