Camp of No Forgiveness

Hyland Hills Hockey Association is proud to announce CAMP OF NO FORGIVENESS (CNF) is back this spring for its 10th season. CNF is designed and implemented by former National Hockey League (NHL) player Doug Smail. Coach Doug played over 800 games in the NHL and knows what it takes to play at the next level. Therefore, the emphasis of CNF is not only skill development, but that hockey can be unforgiving unless players invest the time to prepare and train hard.  CNF is for the committed player who wants challenging coaching both physically as well as mentally. Even though CNF has been running every spring a decade, Coach Doug and HHHA are still introducing new components to the curriculum. The primary focus of the camp is on skating and skill development. With the game becoming more skilled and faster than ever before; the same foundation of skating and individual skill development that Coach Doug is known for are more relevant today than ever before.  Key Training Components: On Ice Monday, Wednesday, Friday Off Ice Strength and Conditioning Monday and Wednesday Off Ice Flexibility Training Fridays Sports Nutrition Training Seminar
