Gators 19U Girls: Brian TenEyck

Brian TenEyck

Brian Teneyck is a lifelong Colorado hockey enthusiast, having grown up playing in the Littleton Hockey Association. Following a successful three-year junior hockey career in Canada, Brian returned to his home state in 2003 and has been a dedicated coach ever since.

For over two decades, he has coached at various levels, from youth to high school, holding roles as both head coach and assistant coach. He has a notable history with the LHA, coaching multiple teams at the 18U, 16U, 14U, 12U, 10U, and 8U levels. He also spent time as an assistant coach for the Colorado Thunderbirds and served as head coach for Regis Jesuit JV. His diverse experience includes extensive work as an Association Goalie Coach, demonstrating his specialized knowledge in a critical area of the game.

Girls 16U AA: Tyson Davis

Tyson Davis

Tyson Davis, originally from Vancouver, British Columbia, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role as the Head Coach of the Girls 16U AA Team. With an impressive coaching career spanning 30 years, Tyson has honed his skills and developed a solid understanding of the game at all levels of hockey. His journey in coaching began with grassroots initiatives and has since progressed to elite levels, showcasing his adaptability and commitment to the sport.

Girls 14U AA: Taylor Hoy

Taylor Hoy

A native of Kingston, Ontario, Canada, Taylor Hoy grew up playing Tier I hockey in Kingston and the Greater Toronto Area. Hoy discovered a passion for coaching after volunteering with first-time skaters while attending the University of Toronto. Following the completion of his law degree, Hoy moved to Colorado with his wife and began coaching with Littleton Hockey Association's Central States Tier II program. His tenure there includes a U16 AA State Championship, 5th place at USA Hockey Tier II 3A Nationals, U14AA Colorado Cup Championship, a U15 CSDHL All-Star Game coaching selection, and an NCAA Division 1 Women's Hockey committed athlete.

Girls 15U A: AJ Ryan

AJ Ryan

AJ Ryan brings a wealth of experience and a lifelong passion for hockey to the ice. Having coached youth players from 8U to 14U for the past eight years, AJ has guided both competitive and recreational teams across Arizona, Hawaii, and here in Colorado. This marks AJ's second year coaching all-girls teams and his second year with the Jags organization. AJ's love for hockey began on Minnesota's frozen ponds, a passion that continues today as an active adult league player.

Girls 12U A: Joe Kemp

Joe Kemp

Joe Kemp brings 14 years of dedicated coaching experience to the ice as a USA Hockey Level 4 certified coach, having guided players from 8U to 16U across all levels, from in-house to AA. Beyond the bench, Joe has been deeply involved with Hyland, serving on the board and as a brand ambassador, leveraging his graphic design skills to create engaging social media and video content for three years. This multifaceted commitment underscores a profound passion for fostering hockey development at all levels.

Girls 10U A: Patrick Gubitose

Patrick Gubitose

The 25-26 season will mark Patrick Gubitose’s 8th year coaching at Hyland Hills.  As a USA Hockey Level 4 certified coach, Patrick has been getting the best out of his players from 8U to 12U by connecting with them, relating to them and motivating them, and delegating the strengths of his staff.  With 4 years of experience as a head coach, Patrick consistently reminds the players and parents that team success relies on the combination of Fun, Effort and Teamwork which has so far resulted in several championship appearances and five banners.  

Patrick’s is passionate about Hockey and his love for the game began as a young child growing up in NYC playing roller hockey in his local park and getting his dad to take him to Ranger games.  He went on to play lacrosse and hockey at Fordham Prep in the Bronx a stark rivalry between the Islander and Ranger fans flooded the halls. He spent his college evenings playing as a goalie during intramurals and pick-up games at CU Boulder.
