The HHHA Event Coordinator needed our final list today with shirt sizes, so I apologize that only the players can take advantage of the better pricing. If someone would like to organize this before 5pm for the families, please feel free to do so :) You will need to collect money and shirt sizes.

Coach Jackson secured a sponsor for our team and each player will be provided a polo shirt! Please fill out the following survey so he can order the correct size for your player by 9/25.

TEAM BOWLING:

We will have a team building event following Saturday’s practice. The location has changed to The Summit Thornton. Please bring your player by 6:30PM. Parents may stay if they like, but the coaching staff would like to reiterate this is a team building event (Parents need to open a separate tab for food/drink/activity). We are looking for a couple of chaperones if you are interested - Please let me know. We are still finalizing our team budget… To cover the cost of this team event, families need to pay $21 by 9/25 via Venmo, Zelle, cash or check to Sara Young.

Thanks for being patient with the crossbar/team page communications this weekend. If you need to add a family member to our Team Page, please follow the instructions at the bottom of this email. Please remind them to download the app for easy access to the schedule etc.

Helmet Stickers/Breezer Covers: If your player needs helmet stickers or new breezer covers please let me know. Starting this season, numbers will NOT be printed on Hyland breezer covers.

Bantam A Black is officially registered for the Vail Sportsmanship Tournament! (November 5-7th) We expect to have team hotel information shortly.

Now that tiering has ended, games will start to be scheduled. Coach Jackson and I will keep you posted ASAP. We are working on a team building activity for this Saturday, following practice (or game if scheduled). More details to follow!

Adding someone to the Team Page:

The primary parent who registered the player will need to add the contact’s email address to their account. Follow the steps below or follow this link: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1cDHL...

Log in (unless automatically logged into the site)

Click Dashboard

Click Players

Click View Details next to the appropriate player name

Click + ADD PARENT

Type in the Parent Email Address

Click ADD PARENT

The parent added will receive an invite email prompting them to set up an account and begin receiving information from the team. By clicking on the link, they will enter their email and create a password. Crossbar will send a verification email to the parent. Clicking on the link from that email will activate their account. Once the parent logs in, they will see their dashboard which will have their player(s) listed.
